How the 40-Day Cabinet Guarantee Works
From the day you sign to the day your cabients are installed - in writing
Design it. Sign it. Done in 40 days. That is the promise behind every Do It Wise Cabinetry project. But what does it actually mean — and how does it work?
When Does the 40 Days Start?
The 40-day clock starts the day you sign your agreement and pay your deposit at the Champagne Signing Event. Before that, we go through a design consultation, create your 3D design in KCD software, and build your color and finish sample for approval. The 40 days covers the fabrication and installation of your cabinets — not the design phase.
What Happens in Those 40 Days?
Days 1 through 15: your cabinet carcasses are ordered from Cabinotch and your doors, drawers, and millwork are ordered from Conestoga Wood Specialties. Days 16 through 30: materials arrive and assembly begins at our Fuquay-Varina shop. Days 31 through 40: installation is scheduled and completed at your home.
Why Does This Matter?
Most custom cabinet shops quote 8 to 16 weeks from order to delivery. That is 56 to 112 days. Our process delivers in 40. For homeowners planning around a renovation, a move-in date, or a life event — knowing exactly when your kitchen will be done changes everything.
The Guarantee Is in Writing
This is not marketing language. The 40-day guarantee is written into every Do It Wise contract. We stand behind it because our process is built to deliver it — every time.
